Jumping Jack Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: hands at sides, shoulders back, chest up, core engaged, and feet together.
- Jump your legs apart as you laterally raise both arms above your head.
- Return to start position by jumping legs back together and lowering your arms for one rep.
Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as an active rest exercise between strength set to keep your heart rate elevated.
- Add to a warm-up before going for a run.
- Use as an exercise during a tabata styled workout.
