Body Row Cues


Body Row Cues:
- Start exercise in a seated position facing pull-up bar: feet flat on the floor, knee bent, core engaged, sit with chest up-chin up-back flat, and grasp bar with arms shoulder width (or slightly wider).
- Drive your elbows backward as you pull your chest toward the bar; squeeze your shoulder blades together to utilize your back muscles.
- Return to start position in a controlled movement for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a bodyweight warm-up exercise before back day.
- Add to a Smith Machine workout where you adjust the height of the bar for different exercises.
- Use as a modified exercise for pull-ups.
