Standing Quad Stretch Cues

Standing Quad Stretch Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: use a support beam or wall if needed, find balance with one leg, grab the opposite side hand and foot, push your hips forward, and raise your chest upwards (to feel a stretch in your quad).
- Hold the stretch for the allotted time and repeat for the other side.

Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a finisher stretch after a heavy leg day.
- Add to a function training workout to stretch your quad after leg push exercises.
- Use as a restorative exercise day to warm-up muscles and stretch them out.
