Standing Elevated Quad Stretch Cues

Standing Elevated Quad Stretch Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: use a support beam or wall if needed, find balance with one leg, put opposite foot on an elevated surface behind you, push your hips forward, and raise your chest upwards (to feel a stretch in your quad).
- Hold the stretch for the allotted time and repeat for the other side.

Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a finisher stretch after a heavy leg day.
- Add to a restorative workout to stretch out your quad muscles.
- Use as a modified quad stretch to not put too much bend on knee.
