Bent Arm Chest Stretch Cues



Bent Arm Chest Stretch Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: feet slightly staggered, arm bent with elbow and forearm on vertical support beam.
- Push your hips forward and chest up as you turn slightly away from support beam to stretch the chest muscles from the side that the arm in on the beam.
- Hold position for the allotted time and repeat to the other side.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:

- Perform as a modified variation of a Doorway Chest Stretch.
- Add as a stretch exercise after foam rolling.
- Use as a stretch exercise after a proper warm-up for range of motion prior to an upper body workout.
