Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: feet shoulder width, core engaged, weights held at sides with arms extended, shoulders back, and chest up.
- As you maintain a neutral spine, hinge forward and push your glutes backward, travel down your shins with the dumbbells, and stretch out your hamstrings.
- Return to start position in a controlled movement by utilizing your glutes and squeezing.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a weighted warm-up before doing heavy deadlifts.
- Add to squat exercises as a resistance training superset on leg day.
- Use as a strength exercise along with cardio for high intensity interval training.
