French Press Cues


French Press Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: feet shoulder width, core engaged, weight overhead in a diamond grip, shoulders back, and chest up.
- Keep your body still as you bend at the elbows and lower the weight behind your head.
- Return to the start position by extending your arms at the elbows in a controlled movement for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a strengthening exercise for your triceps during an arm day workout.
- Add to a superset with heavy chest flys for a chest/tricep workout.
- Use as a modified exercise to skullcrushers.
