Child's Pose Cues:
- Start exercise in a kneeling position: stretch your arms out in front of you, chest toward the mat, knees bent, and glutes back on your heels.
- Let yourself find a passive stretch position that you can comfortably hold.
- Hold position for allotted time.

- Perform as a stretch during your post workout cool down.
