Pec Fly Machine Cues


Pec Fly Machine Cues:
- Start exercise in a seated position on the machine facing away from backrest: feet flat on the floor, knee bent, core engaged, sit tall with chest and chin up, and grasp handles with arms outstretched wide beside you and elbows slightly bent.
- Think of giving someone a big hug as you use your chest muscles to push the handles together in front of you.
- Return to start position in a controlled movement (without letting the plates bang) for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a superset with kickbacks for a chest and tricep workout.
- Add to a workout as a finisher by doing :20 on :10 rest for 3 to 4 sets.
- Use as a modified exercise for pregnant women after the first trimester to avoid chest exercises performed directly on the back.
