Prisoner Jacks Cues:
- Start exercise in a narrow squat position: hands on head, elbows wide, shoulders back, chest up, core engaged, feet together, and knees bent.
- While staying in a low stance jump both legs outside shoulder width.
- Remain in a low stance as you jump your legs back together to start position for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a superset power exercise with kettlebell swings before a leg day giant set.
- Add to a HIIT workout as a heart rate elevating movement.
- Use as a training exercise to practice keeping your chest up during squats.
