Skater Steps Cues


Skater Steps Cues:
- Start exercise in a loaded curtsy position: core engaged, opposite foot in line with opposite shoulder, arms outstretched for balance, head up, and knees bent.
- Explode through your step as you alternate your position to the other side.
- Return to start position in a controlled movement for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform with as a warm-up prior to a Tabata Workout.
- Add to a HIIT Workout to elevated your heart rate.
- Use as a low impact modified exercise in place of skater hops.
