Bodyweight Squat Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: hands in front or at waist, shoulders back, chest up, core engaged, and feet shoulder width.
- Drop your hips back and down as you bend at the knees; keep your weight on your heels.
- Return to start position in a controlled movement for one rep.
