Standing Stability Ball Twist Touch Cues


Standing Stability Ball Twist Touch Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: feet shoulder width, core engaged, stability ball behind legs, shoulders back, and chest up.
- As you face forward and twist from the torso reach back and touch the stability ball.
- Repeat the movement to the other side before returning to start position for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:
- Perform as a functional exercise to work on rotation of the torso.
- Add to a core workout using the stability ball.
- Use as a modified exercise for core twist.
