Chest Openers Warm-up Stretch



Chest Openers Cues:
- Start exercise in a standing position: feet shoulder width, core engaged, arms outstretched in front, chest up, and shoulders back.
- Pull your arms backward, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and push your chest out to stretch your pectoral muscles.
- Return back through the same movement for one rep.


Ideas for Exercise Uses:

- Perform as a building block exercise to learning how to do a Chest Fly.
- Add as an dynamic warm-up exercise to chest day.
- Use as a rehab exercise for blood flow to chest and shoulders.
